Ceresti Health Welcomes Chief Revenue Officer Rhonda Quintana
CARLSBAD, Calif. (Dec. 5) – Innovative tech-enabled dementia care provider Ceresti Health is proud to announce the recruitment of respected healthcare executive Rhonda Quintana as Chief Revenue Officer.
“Rhonda brings a depth of experience to Ceresti that will help propel us toward our ambitious growth goals,” said Ceresti CEO Dirk Soenksen. “She has already hit the ground running, and we are excited to welcome her to our growing team.”
A former Optum executive, Rhonda comes to Ceresti from Olio Health, where she served as Chief Growth Officer. Her experience endowed Rhonda with a unique understanding of the challenges faced by payors, health systems and accountable care organizations (ACOs) as dementia cases rise and healthcare costs continue to soar.
"I am deeply honored to join Ceresti Health, a company whose mission resonates profoundly with my own personal experiences with loved ones living with dementia and the challenges faced by millions of families across the country,” Rhonda said. “Ceresti’s innovative approach to empowering caregivers and improving outcomes for patients with complex health needs aligns perfectly with the goals of forward-thinking organizations, such as ACOs, payers, and value-based care providers.”
Rhonda said she was particularly drawn to Ceresti’s approach of activating caregivers to reduce avoidable hospitalizations, unburden primary care physicians and improve both the care of people living with dementia and the lives of their families and caregivers.
“Together, we have the opportunity to not only transform care delivery but also ease the burden on families navigating the complexities of care,” she said. “I am committed to advancing this mission and creating a lasting impact where it matters most."
